Vertically integrated from raw TPU to finished product
TPU Extrusion
2 dedicated extrusion lines producing our proprietary TPU film. Full control over material thickness, hardness, and transparency from raw pellet to finished sheet.
High-Frequency Welding
6 HF welding stations with precision temperature and pressure control. Seam strength exceeds 95% of base material strength — eliminating delamination risk.
Drop-Stitch Assembly
Specialized stations for attaching 4,000+ polyester fibers per m² between TPU layers. Fiber tension is calibrated to achieve uniform surface flatness at 7 PSI.
Cutting & Finishing
CNC-guided cutting for Tesla custom-fit products and standard mattress sizes. Valve installation, surface coating, and final trimming before QC.

12-point inspection protocol on every unit produced
Air-Tightness Testing
Every single unit undergoes a 10 PSI air-tightness test sustained for 24 hours. This exceeds the standard 7 PSI operating pressure by 43%, ensuring zero leakage in real-world conditions.
