What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our Trial Partner tier starts at just 20-50 units with no long-term commitment. Authorized Dealers order 100+ units per year, and Exclusive Distributors commit to 500+ units annually. Sample orders of 1-3 units are available for qualified prospects.
What are your lead times?
Sample orders ship within 3-5 business days. Standard production orders of 100-500 units take 20-30 days. Larger orders of 500+ units require 30-45 days. Rush production is available for an additional fee.
How is pricing structured?
Wholesale pricing is provided upon application approval. Trial Partners receive standard wholesale rates. Authorized Dealers receive a 5% volume discount. Exclusive Distributors receive 15-20% volume discounts. Retail margins of 45-60% are typical across all markets.
Can products be customized or co-branded?
Yes. Exclusive Distributors can request custom packaging, co-branded labels, and market-specific product variations. We do not offer OEM or white-label manufacturing — all products carry the Samtopia brand. Co-branding options are available for orders above 200 units.
What warranty do you offer?
All Samtopia products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering material defects and workmanship. Our TPU products have an expected lifespan of 8-12 years. Warranty claims are processed within 5 business days with replacement or credit.
How does shipping work?
We ship worldwide via sea freight (FCL/LCL) and air freight. FOB Ningbo is our standard shipping term. We can arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for select markets. Sample orders ship via international express (DHL/FedEx) with tracking.
How do I apply to become a dealer?
Complete our online dealer application form with your company details, current product lines, and target market information. Our partnership team reviews applications within 48 hours and schedules a video call with qualified prospects.
How does territory exclusivity work?
Exclusive Distributors receive sole distribution rights within a defined geographic territory. We appoint only one exclusive partner per region. Exclusivity is maintained as long as annual volume commitments are met. Territory boundaries are clearly defined in the distribution agreement.
What marketing support do you provide?
All partners receive product photography, lifestyle imagery, and technical data sheets. Authorized Dealers receive co-branded marketing materials and product training. Exclusive Distributors receive joint marketing campaigns, dedicated account management, and quarterly business reviews.
What certifications do your products have?
All Samtopia products are certified under SGS (quality assurance), REACH (EU chemical safety), RoHS (hazardous substances), and California Proposition 65 (toxic enforcement). Certification documents are provided to all distribution partners.
