トライアルパートナー段階はわずか20〜50台から開始でき、長期コミットメントは不要です。認定ディーラーは年間100台以上、独占販売代理店は年間500台以上のコミットメントとなります。資格を有する見込み客には1〜3台のサンプル注文もご用意しています。
リードタイムはどのくらいですか？
サンプル注文は3〜5営業日以内に出荷されます。100〜500台の標準生産注文は20〜30日かかります。500台以上の大口注文は30〜45日が必要です。追加料金にて急ぎ生産にも対応しています。
価格体系はどのようになっていますか？
卸売価格は申請承認後にご提供します。トライアルパートナーは標準卸売価格が適用されます。認定ディーラーは5%の数量割引を受けられます。独占販売代理店は15〜20%の数量割引が適用されます。全市場で小売マージン45〜60%が一般的です。
製品のカスタマイズやコ・ブランディングは可能ですか？
はい。独占販売代理店はカスタムパッケージ、コ・ブランディングラベル、市場特化型の製品バリエーションを請求できます。OEMまたはホワイトラベル製造は承っておりません — 全製品にSamtopiaブランドが付きます。200台以上の注文にはコ・ブランディングオプションをご利用いただけます。
どのような保証が提供されますか？
Samtopia全製品には、素材欠陥および製造上の不具合をカバーする2年間のメーカー保証が付いています。TPU製品の期待耐用年数は8〜12年です。保証申請は5営業日以内に処理され、交換またはクレジットが提供されます。
配送はどのように行われますか？
海上輸送（FCL/LCL）および航空輸送で世界中に出荷しています。標準的な輸送条件はFOB寧波です。一部市場ではDDP（関税込み配送）の手配も可能です。サンプル注文は追跡付きの国際宅配便（DHL/FedEx）で出荷されます。

独占販売代理店は定義された地理的テリトリー内での独占販売権を取得します。各地域に独占パートナーを1社のみ指定します。独占権は年間販売量のコミットメントが達成されている限り維持されます。テリトリーの境界は販売代理店契約に明確に定義されます。

What types of charcoal does Samtopia manufacture?
Samtopia manufactures binchotan (white charcoal) from premium hardwoods, coconut shell charcoal briquettes in multiple shapes, hardwood lump charcoal from oak and eucalyptus, and sawdust/biomass briquettes. We also offer custom formulations and blends for specific applications including Japanese BBQ, Western grilling, hookah/shisha, and industrial use.
What is the difference between binchotan and regular charcoal?
Binchotan (white charcoal) is produced at much higher temperatures (1,000°C+) than regular charcoal (400-700°C), resulting in 90-98% fixed carbon content versus 70-85% for standard charcoal. This gives binchotan superior burn time (4-7 hours vs 1-2 hours), virtually no smoke or odor, far-infrared heat emission for even cooking, and minimal ash production (1-3%). Binchotan is the gold standard for Japanese BBQ and premium restaurants worldwide.
Do you offer private label / OEM charcoal manufacturing?
Yes, private label and OEM manufacturing is one of our core services. We handle everything from product formulation to custom packaging design, printing, and export. Our in-house design team creates professional packaging artwork, and we offer a wide range of bag types including kraft paper, polypropylene, cardboard boxes, and vacuum-sealed packaging. Minimum order for custom packaging is 5 tons.
What is the fixed carbon content of your charcoal?
Fixed carbon content varies by product type: binchotan achieves 90-95%, coconut shell briquettes reach 78-85%, hardwood lump charcoal ranges from 75-85%, and sawdust briquettes contain 70-80%. Every production batch is tested in our quality control lab, and Certificates of Analysis documenting fixed carbon, ash, moisture, and volatile matter are provided with each shipment.
Can I visit the Samtopia factory?
Yes, we welcome factory visits from prospective and existing buyers. Our facility in Ningbo, Zhejiang is easily accessible from Shanghai (2 hours by train) and has a nearby international airport. We can arrange facility tours, production line demonstrations, quality lab visits, and meetings with our technical team. Virtual factory tours via video call are also available for international buyers who cannot visit in person.
What markets does Samtopia export to?
We export charcoal products to over 15 countries across Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, and the Middle East.
